In this role, I led the visual merchandising execution for 5 retail brands across more than 200 stores in Central America. Together with a team of 3 Visual Merchandising Specialists, I supported the implementation of storefront displays, seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional setups, and new store openings.
This experience allowed me to work across different brand identities, store formats, and customer profiles, developing a strong understanding of how visual presentation, product placement, and retail storytelling influence the customer experience and support business goals.
These examples present storefront executions for multiple retail brands across mall and street-level environments. The work reflects how brand identity, campaign messaging, signage, window displays, and entrance design come together to create visibility, guide customer perception, and reinforce a consistent retail experience.
